LIVE COMMUNICATION - ROADSHOW

Over the years we have been able to visit a large number of car factories with groups of guests. This is partly because we have a background in the automotive industry and have been able to help a variety of customers. Visiting a car factory is in itself easy to organize, but the distinguishing factor is to put together a whole program including transport, hotel, transfers, F&B and additional activities. We have gained the knowledge and experience and built up the necessary contacts. Most factories also have so-called "slot" periods in which it is not (or partly not) accessible because it is then adapted to a new model. Unfortunately, we cannot change that either.

Which brands or locations?

In principle, we can arrange a tour for you in any car factory. We often combine it with other activities, but that is not necessary. Below is a basic overview, but there are even more options.
Mercedes - Stuttgart
Porsche - Zuffenhausen
Hyundai - Czech Republic
KIA - Zilina, Slovakia (also possible in South Korea)
Volkswagen - Hanover, Wolfsburg, Brussels
SEAT - Barcelona (Martorell)
BMW - Munich
Audi - Ingolstadt
Donkervoort - Lelystad
Mini - Netherlands
McLaren - England
Renault - France
Opel - Germany

Visit to the Volkswagen factories in Hanover

For a group of dealers we were allowed to organize an inspiration trip / Incentive to the Volkswagen company car factories in Hanover. This in combination with a visit to the IAA company car. Because the distance is not too far, we have opted for a luxury VIP coach with all the luxury and a round seat in the back so that you can travel in a more social way.

We left quite early so we got to the factory in time for a traditional lunch in the employee restaurant. Bratwurst, schnitzel and cartofel salat.
Then an extensive tour of the factory where the guests could see all aspects of the sheet metal presses, the "marriage" (where body and engine meet), the assembly to the actual final inspection. Very impressive, especially since everything was done on foot. At a larger number of factories, the tour is given in train-like vehicles and it is less easy to take a look.

At the end, all guests received a self-built Volkswagen bus that can serve as a pen holder. Then to the hotel to freshen up and then have a nice cold drink / beer in the bar and visit a local restaurant.
The next day in time to visit the fair. The IAA is one of the busiest fairs with all halls full of impressive stands. We had organized lunch at one of the brand stands so that the guests felt extra spoiled. At the end of the day took the bus home with extra stop for it
dinner.
Nice gimmick: for these guests we had delicious fresh donuts made in the company colors and with the company name on it - for the bus. Enjoy your meal.

Visit to the Hyundai factories in the Czech Republic

A contemporary car factory is a perfect combination of technology and logistics, which leads to a tangible product. So a good reason to visit on business (with a group). Hyundai has a hypermodern factory in the east of the Czech Republic
built for the production of various models for the European markets. In addition, gearboxes are also made that are installed in the cars of KIA.
Getting there is not easy. We discovered this when a large Hyundai dealer asked us to organize an anniversary trip for all employees. And to make it even more complex, they wanted everything in 2 groups to be able to guarantee continuity to the customers.

For example, we came up with a 3-day program with 2 nights where not only the factory was visited. But also a complete 'bij' program with a visit to a coal mine (1400 meters deep lunch) and a beer brewery could be done. Of course also with good food, such as an Asian lunch and 2 different dinners at authentic locations.
And all this for an attractive budget with an open calculation so that the customer has direct insight into all costs.

Nice gimmick: because the flight already left at 07:00, we had prepared breakfast for all guests, which we could hand out at Schiphol.
